NLGF型西林瓶粉針洗烘分裝軋蓋貼標(biāo)聯(lián)動線 由QCL系列立式超聲波洗瓶機(jī)、ASMR隧道式熱風(fēng)循環(huán)滅菌烘箱、NFFGX系列數(shù)控螺桿粉劑分裝機(jī)、NL-50軋蓋機(jī)、NLWTB-120貼標(biāo)機(jī)組成，也可單機(jī)使用。適合于7-25ml規(guī)格的西林瓶粉針的生產(chǎn)。能完成噴淋注水、超聲波粗洗、瓶外壁水沖洗、瓶內(nèi)壁連續(xù)二次循環(huán)水沖洗、一次吹氣、一次新鮮水沖洗、連續(xù)二次吹氣、瓶外壁吹氣、清洗、預(yù)熱、烘干滅菌去熱原、冷卻、分裝、加塞、軋蓋、貼標(biāo)等二十多道工序。
